Your Pup's Itinerary
Photos and/or videos will be sent to you for keepsake and update on your dog’s whereabouts.
The day’s itinerary will see your dog visit scenic places such as Marina Barrage, Kallang Riverside Park, Jurong Lake etc.*
Pick up from 7-9am Mon-Fri, head to the first place of interest, return to centre at 450 MacPherson Road by 12noon, rest indoors, indoor games at 2pm onwards / 2nd place of interest visit.
Return home from 5-7pm.
Indoor games include agility and learning activities.
Your dog can learn tricks or husbandry behaviours such as accepting claw trim.
Over time, your dog will be more well-behaved, well-socialised to the environment, dogs and humans.

Smaller Groups, Bigger Fun (and Security)
Safety and security are the front and centre of our activites. Happy Paw Ark only offers limited slots a day because we only want small trainer-to-dog ratios.
We only ever have 3 dogs to a trainer at any one point in time.
Once that is assured, we want to make sure that your dog gets the best experience they can possibly have.
We will arrange our tours with your dog's breed, temperament, and behavioural patterns in mind.
Note: We
do not do mass pack walks. It can be dangerous and risky.

We adopted Triko, who is a retired working dog, back in March. He is full of fun but is very strong and have a bit of impulse control issue when it comes to playing. Jerald worked with Triko and helped ease him to be less persistent when he sees his stimulants. These days, Triko is willing to give up his balls upon command and I can pull him away from cheering at soccer games. ^_^

Terms & Conditions
- Single-dog households can combine their bookings with a neighbour or friend, provided the pickup locations are within a 3 km road distance and the pickup dates are identical.
- Combined bookings must be paid for in one invoice or online booking and cannot be split under two accounts.
- In the event of absenteeism for one of the dogs, the transportation fee will still apply, but the fee for the day tour session for the absent dog will not be charged.
- No cancellations are permitted. Credits can be transferred to the dog that continues to attend.
- Pickup and drop-off timings are negotiated and mutually agreed upon on a best-effort basis. We do not entertain last-minute requests, as they would impact the other dogs awaiting pickups or drop-offs.
- Any changes to the session dates must be communicated to HPA via 91705312 or 88473381 at least 48 hours before the planned session. We will continue to deduct the sessions as if utilised if requests for changes are made less than 48 hours in advance.
- All prices quoted above do not include the transaction fees levied by Stripe. For clients' understanding, PayNow to UEN can be problematic for any business because a human needs to scrutinise the bank transactions line by line and match them to each individual client's account. Stripe automates this process, providing peace of mind as your financial data are handled by a large MNC with solid cyber defense measures in place, unlike an under-resourced SME in Singapore.
- All other T&Cs for single-dog bookings for Dog Day Tour, as published on HPA's website, apply to multi-dog household bookings.
- Owners are required to bring their dog(s) to the lobby, foyer, or driveway and hand them over to our staff. Our staff are NOT obliged to go up to your unit, as this causes delays for other dogs on the route.
- A waiting time of 5 minutes is allowed upon arrival at the designated pickup or drop-off point. After 5 minutes, our staff may drive off. The transport fee will still be deducted, while the day tour fee will not be charged in such cases.
